My hosting service should be canceled effective ________________. I understand I am responsible for getting any web page materials off of Midcoast Internet's servers before the cancel date. I understand that Midcoast Internet is not responsible for making DNS changes for me. I understand my data will be deleted from Midcoast Internet's servers in a timely manner. I understand MIS bills after the service period and I am responsible for any charges after the date given above. I understand if there are any more questions I should contact the hosting department at Midcoast Internet to work those out. I understand that this letter only cancels hosting services and nothing else. I understand that for security reasons this letter is required to cancel hosting services with Midcoast Internet Solutions.
