Change Hosting Services Step 1. The first step in changing hosting services is to examine our other hosting plans to find out which one is right for you. The table below will give you a basic idea of what each service is offering as well as prices.
Step 2. The next step is to fill out our change services form and submit it. That form is found at the bottom of this page. This allows us to start the process of changing for you by doing the preliminary set up. Please note that when you change services set up fees do apply. By submitting the service change form you do agree to the set up fees. Once this is done you will get an email from us letting you know you can upload your web pages to the new server. Please note that we do not move your site for you. A change of service will mean that your pages will need to be uploaded again to the new server. This is the only way we can ensure that they are uploaded the way you want them displayed. Once the upload is complete you should email us so we can finish the set up for you. Step 3. Once the pages are properly uploaded to the new server we will internally make the change to display your pages on the new server and also instruct billing to make any changes necessary to reflect on your next bill. We will also remove pages on any old web server. Please note the customer is responsible for removing pages if you move from Domain Lite to a higher-level service. |
